Located in Riyadh on King Fahd Road in the Al-Muhammadiyah district, Njd’s Heart occupies one of the city’s most strategic locations on a key main road. This project introduces the first sustainable skyscraper in the area, offering a unique concept of modern urban living inspired by Salmani architecture. The tower consists of 65 floors and features office, commercial, and luxurious hotel spaces in the heart of the capital and business districts. It stands out with its one-of-a-kind design elements.

Furthermore, there is an option to add screens across the entire tower facades, subject to the regulations of the Royal Commission for Riyadh Region Municipality
